Client: Askham Bryan College and Wildlife Park

Aquatect was commissioned by Askham Bryan College and Wildlife Park to undertake a

complete refit of their aquatics facility. The aquatics room is used a teaching facility catering to students studying college to degree level courses.

Aquatect was asked to design and install wheelchair accessible aquarium racking as well as a wheelchair accessible coral table, a huge mangrove display tank, salt mix, RO and freshwater header tank system, and a fully planted paludarium.

App controlled dimmable LED lighting with easy to use and easy to access sumps and filtration offer a huge improvement from the previously used pet shop style systems.

All perfectly designed, built and installed by the Aquatect team.
